1. Breakfast
if you think that skipping breakfast will help you to lose weight, think again. Since dinner is your last I meal, not having breakfast the next day will make you starve until noon. You will tend to eat more than your body needs. Instead of losing weight, you get a 1-2 kilo bonus of body weight. Ouch!
a. Have breakfast to get the energy your body needs to do your morning routine.

2. Lunch
lunch time is the time when your brain and body need energy recharge after strenuous morning activities. Skipping lunch will make you feel tired and sluggish in the afternoon as your sugar blood level drops. Sugar is the fuel for your body to run on. The hunger pangs you feel may also distract you from focusing on your study or your afternoon tasks.

3. Dinner
